Productive Learning & Leisure's co-founders, Lindon Crow and Rick Itzkowich met in 1980 while teaching personal development seminars for a nationally respected seminar organization. Out of a mutual commitment to providing life-enhancing programs in a more relaxed interactive atmosphere of productive fun and recreation, they founded Productive Learning & Leisure (PL&L) in 1992.

For over 15 years the company's Mission has been to provide the tools and experiences to help people create an "extraordinary life" in a relaxed atmosphere of fun, sports and recreation. By helping our clients become more aware of their underlying beliefs and attitudinal currents, we assist them in closing the gap between potential and performance or, in other words, between what they have and what they want.  As a result clients who participate with us find that they can consciously become the controlling force behind their life experiences. The courses are designed for people who are ready to move beyond unrealistic expectations, maximize their strengths and receive personalized solutions; solutions that help them increase productivity, achieve goals and live an extraordinary life.

Decades of individual and corporate motivational training and experience went into the creation of this truly experiential learning model based on the integral link between leisure, sports, adventure and life. At Productive Learning & Leisure we have identified an interesting perspective -- people approach business and personal situations in much the same way they address sports or any other "real life" challenge.

A team of experienced trainers and speakers facilitate the curriculum. All of the staff members are avid participants in the courses and constantly bring fresh experiences to their role as facilitator. The trainers bring experience from corporate and small business arenas, ensuring that the topics are relevant to real life situations.
