PL&L
was co-founded in 1992 by Lindon Crow and Rick Itzkowich.
The pair met in 1980 while teaching personal development
seminars for a nationally respected organization. With a
mutual commitment to provide life-enhancing programs, they
focused on creating a company to benefit their clients,
their employees, their vendors and their respective families.
Corporate
headquarters are located in Capistrano Beach, California
with satellite telecommuting offices in a number of Southern
and Northern California cities.
