If
you are NEW to Productive Learning & Leisure, the answers
to the following are questions may assist you in determining
how you can maximize your benefit from your participation
with us.
How
do I know I will get the results I want from the courses?
Productive Learning & Leisure offers a Money Back Satisfaction
Guarantee. In other words, if you felt that the course did
not live up to your expectations, we take the responsibility
for it. We are in the business of assisting people in producing
results, and we stand behind our programs 100%. You may
talk to your program counselor about the details of this
guarantee before you sign up.
The money back refund is limited to one per person and does
not apply for airfare, lodging or meals on Learning Vacations
or resort weekend workshops.
How
many people are typically in a course?
Depending upon the course, we may have between 8 to 35 people
per class. We have found that in these smaller group sessions,
we are able to offer more individualized attention that
allows us to address each person in the group. At the same
time, the courses are designed to provide an opportunity
to learn from each other as well. Therefore, we modify the
size of the course based upon the type of activities that
will be involved.
Where
are the courses offered?
Since the company is based in California, the weekend and
weekday courses are offered in both Northern and Southern
California. Our Learning Vacations are located in exciting
travel destination such as Hawaii, Lake Tahoe, Colorado,
Canada, Cayman Islands, Costa Rica, Belize, Australia, Greece,
Africa, New Zealand, Pebble Beach, Sedona and many more
beautiful spots around the world, including on cruise ships,
at ski resorts and golf courses.
How
would you describe a typical participant?
We have found that our courses appeal to people of all ages
and from all walks of life. Executives, singles, couples,
retired people, and both men and women enjoy these courses.
Most people are between the ages of 30 to 60. Many times
companies or groups enjoy taking these courses together
to help build teamwork and improve cooperation.
Do
I need to be athletic to participate?
While some of our courses do include participation in sporting
or recreational activities, many do not. The ones that do
incorporate an activity are not designed to challenge an
individual beyond his or her capacity, nor are they specifically
designed to encourage championship level competition. If
you have physical limitations you may wish to contact one
of our program counselors to see if a particular course
might be too strenuous for you. We have structured the courses
so that people may participate in a safe and supportive
manner. Many of the courses do involve physical activity
such as scuba diving, sailing, skiing, golfing, rafting
or biking. The SCUBA course is the only one that requires
you have your certification prior to attending.
How
long have the trainers been doing this?
Our trainers have been teaching these types of personal
development and performance enhancing programs anywhere
from 3 to 22 years. More about the instructors can be found
in the Trainers
