In this workshop you will identify your most problematic personas and find the authentic expression that it masks. You will learn strategies for recognizing and shifting out of energy wasting personas into authentic communication—opening up intimacy and creativity in relationships. Participants will learn how to work with the "Upper Limits Problem," or how to manage large amounts of positive energy in a relationship without sabotaging it.
