Productive
Learning & Leisure, LLC was created in 1992 to provide
individuals and corporations with unique interactive and
experiential learning programs, specifically designed to
close the gap between potential and performance.
The
company’s founders, Lindon Crow and Rick Itzkowich,
met in 1980 while teaching personal development seminars
for a nationally respected organization. With a mutual commitment
to provide life-enhancing programs in a relaxed atmosphere
of productive fun and recreation they founded PL&L.
The training staff of Productive Learning & Leisure
has extensive experience in leading workshops and seminars.
By helping our clients become more aware of their underlying
beliefs and attitudes, we assist them in consciously choosing
to become the controlling force behind their life experiences
and the results they achieve.
In
the corporate and business arena, Productive Learning &
Leisure helps individuals make better choices, so that they
can improve teamwork, leadership and communication. Our
trainings combine highly interactive participatory experiences.
We often utilize sports, games and other recreational activities
to illustrate and highlight the issues being examined. This
format produces more of an experience of learning rather
than simply gaining the knowledge information about the
subject. The scenarios and activities chosen create dynamic
"real time" situations, where the team's problems
are sure to emerge. In the classroom participants get specific,
hands-on and meaningful direction to help them address their
issues. PL&L training helps companies and individuals
make better choices, so that they can improve teamwork,
leadership and relationships.
