Lindon's Keyboard - The Human Factor
Along with growth in the PL&L curriculum there has also been a steady increase in our corporate clientele. Applying the same educational philosophy as we have in our seminars we have found a starving marketplace for interactive learning. Most of our corporate clients have spent time, money, and effort to improve their companies by improving the systems in which the people work. This has caused much needed improvement in quality but has lead to new frustrations. The problem we have found is the "human factor."

The human factor, as I call it, is a living, breathing, changing, temperamental element that each of us brings to our job and ultimately affects any system that we try to carry out. I'm not surprised that companies don't want to tackle the human factor; it is not something that can be handled with simple solutions. Ideally most people would prefer to work in an environment that is constant, predictable and where what is expected of them can be clearly explained. Today's competitive industries are anything but stable and predictable. They require more than ever that each employee think independently while maintaining an eye on corporate goals, values, procedures and mission. In spite of the importance of these challenges, most companies and their managers are too busy and lack the needed expertise to stop and train their staff.

Productive Learning & Leisure has taken over 35 years of combined experience to successfully help companies develop their internal teams and face the challenges of rapidly changing conditions. If you'd like to find out more about what we can do for you and your company then give us a call.
