Our Learning Vacation titled “Odyssey” is based on the ancient Greek epic poem, ascribed to Homer, about the wanderings of Odysseus during the ten years after the fall of Troy.  Odysseus’ intellectual and spiritual quest is the inspiration for our adventurous journey. The core purpose will be to promote your own unique experience of adventure, rather than the destination itself. 

Our day-to-day living is overrun by choices, demands, decisions, and schedules.  Rarely do we take the time to appreciate the panorama of our lives.  The grandeur of the Galapagos setting for Odyssey is nothing short of inspirational.  By engaging in the culture and beauty of this venue, you’ll gain a refreshing, vibrant perspective.  Your “wandering” will add depth to your experience of life. It will provide you with a greater sense of fulfillment and joy.

Odyssey will be both challenging and fun.  This Learning Vacation is an opportunity to "take the scenic route instead of the freeway," to slow things down and enjoy the magnificent scenery.  Set aside seven days for introspection. Recognize and honor what has added true value to your life thus far.  Experience a sense of satisfaction over how far you've come in your life, both literally and figuratively.
